If you have a specific clinician you would like to see, inform the receptionist of this. If you are not sure who you would like to see, the receptionist will take your information in order to match your needs with the appropriate therapist. If the receptionist is not available to take your initial call, follow the phone prompts for new patients to leave a confidential voice mail message, and you will be contacted by the next business day. At the Meridian Group of Chesterfield, a clinician will always talk to you before the first meeting to answer any questions you might have.
